Return and refund policy

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

    During the unboxing the package, found that there is quality issue on the product itself, for examble, scratch, broken, damage, and etc.

    Step-by-step instructions for packaging and drop-off.

  4. Ship Your Item: Send the item back within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Before place the order, can you provide the color sample/metal sample?

You can send your favorite product link and your sample requiremnt to our officacl serivce Email. We need to check if the sample is available or not, thus we can offer you next step.

Will the product color look exactly the same as the product pciture in site?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but screen settings and lighting can affect appearance.

Can the chandelier be installed on the sloped ceiling?

All of chandeliers in our site can be installed under the sloped ceiling. The rods/chains of chandeliers are adopted by sloped design.

Does the chandeliers need to be assembled?

Yes, the chandelier need to be assembled, there is an assembly instruction on every product package.

How can I take care of the chandelier?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid the use of all cleaners and abrasives, as they will damage the finish.

Can you ask somebody help us to bring into the house and install it?

Currently we do not support white glove serivce.
