What payment method do you accept
We offer fast, secure checkout powered by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. Available options may vary by country and device, and the final list will be shown at checkout.
We currently accept:

If your payment is declined, please double-check your billing details and try another payment method. Some banks may require additional verification for international or high-value purchases.
Can I change delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible before the order was fulfilled.
If you want to change a new shipping address, when the product is on the way to your address, changing the delivery address maybe cause your additional fee.
Can I cancel my order after placed?
Avoid the order is fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order was fulfilled, you should to call the logistics carrier to refuse the delivery.
Will I recevie the order confirmation and tracking?
Yes, once you placed the order, our customer service will send the order confirmation to you within 24hours. Once the order is fulfilled, customer representative will update the tracking link, carrier and tracking number to you by mail.
Product Details
Where can I find the dimension and specification?
You can the diemnsion, material information and some specifications on the desription of product page.
Before place the order, can you provide the color sample/metal sample?
You can send your favorite product link and your sample requiremnt to our officacl serivce Email. We need to check if the sample is available or not, thus we can offer you next step.
Will the product color look exactly the same as the product pciture in site?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but screen settings and lighting can affect appearance.
Chandelier
Can the chandelier be installed on the sloped ceiling?
All of chandeliers in our site can be installed under the sloped ceiling. The rods/chains of chandeliers are adopted by sloped design.
Does the chandeliers need to be assembled？
Yes, the chandelier need to be assembled, there is an assembly instruction on every product package.
How can I take care of the chandelier?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid the use of all cleaners and abrasives, as they will damage the finish.
Can you ask somebody help us to bring into the house and install it?
Currently we do not support white glove serivce.
Table Lamp
What type of bulb does the table lamp use?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Where can I use a table lamp?
Table lamps are perfect for desks, bedside tables, console tables, and reading nooks, providing focused task lighting or decorative ambient light.
Does the table lamp require assembly?
Minimal assembly is required. All necessary hardware is included in the box for easy setup.
Floor Lamp
How tall are your floor lamps?
Our floor lamps range from 43" to 68" in height, suitable for a variety of room sizes and ceiling heights.
How do I turn the floor lamp on and off?
Most models include a convenient pull chain switch. Some models are also compatible with a separate dimmer switch (not included) for adjustable brightness.
What is the lampshade made of?
The shade is crafted from linen fabric, which softly diffuses light to create a warm, inviting glow and minimize glare.
Wall Sconce
Are your wall sconces suitable for bathrooms?
Absolutely. Our wall sconces are damp-rated, making them safe for use in bathrooms, powder rooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.
Do wall sconces look good in pairs?
We highly recommend installing them in pairs! Flanking a mirror, fireplace, headboard, or entryway creates a symmetrical, polished look with more even light distribution.
What bulb does the wall sconce use?
Wall sconces use an E26 base bulb (T9 shape recommended, sold separately). They are dimmable, but a compatible dimmer switch must be purchased separately.
Do wall sconces need to be hardwired?
Yes, wall sconces require hardwired installation. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure safe and code-compliant installation.
