What payment method do you accept
We offer fast, secure checkout powered by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. Available options may vary by country and device, and the final list will be shown at checkout.
We currently accept:

- Shop Pay Installments (where available; eligibility is determined by Shop Pay)
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal
If your payment is declined, please double-check your billing details and try another payment method. Some banks may require additional verification for international or high-value purchases.
Can I change delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible before the order was fulfilled.
If you want to change a new shipping address, when the product is on the way to your address, changing the delivery address maybe cause your additional fee.
Can I cancel my order after placed?
Avoid the order is fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order was fulfilled, you should to call the logistics carrier to refuse the delivery.
Will I recevie the order confirmation and tracking?
Yes, once you placed the order, our customer service will send the order confirmation to you within 24hours. Once the order is fulfilled, customer representative will update the tracking link, carrier and tracking number to you by mail.
Product Details
Where can I find the dimension and specification?
You can the diemnsion, material information and some specifications on the desription of product page.
Before place the order, can you provide the color sample/metal sample?
You can send your favorite product link and your sample requiremnt to our officacl serivce Email. We need to check if the sample is available or not, thus we can offer you next step.
Will the product color look exactly the same as the product pciture in site?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but screen settings and lighting can affect appearance.
Chandelier
Can the chandelier be installed on the sloped ceiling?
All of chandeliers in our site can be installed under the sloped ceiling. The rods/chains of chandeliers are adopted by sloped design.
Does the chandeliers need to be assembled?
Yes, the chandelier need to be assembled, there is an assembly instruction on every product package.
How can I take care of the chandelier?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid the use of all cleaners and abrasives, as they will damage the finish.
Can you ask somebody help us to bring into the house and install it?
Currently we do not support white glove serivce.
